Thief stealing in broad daylight from home bargains in Wigan
i parked facing a home bargains shop in Wigan to return a item , whilst getting a refund i noticed the manager lose interest in me and focus in someone in the foyer, it was a shop lifter . he saw her approach and ran out of the shop, un benownst to me at the time my dash cam caught it all, also i did a lap of the area after he ran away to see if i could see him , i was giving up when.... jackpot he was in a church yard skulking ... looking for security..... i followed him and called the police.
