This shocking video shows a gang of young thieves stealing a motorcycle from a car park in less than TEN seconds. The three brazen youths zoom into the carpark on two motorcycles and it takes two of them just FOUR seconds to disable the bike's security and start its engine.Just ten seconds elapse from the point at which they enter the carpark and then ride the vehicle away - with all three disappearing from the scene in just 23 seconds. The youths in the video were linked to an organised gang in Leeds, West Yorks., which police were powerless to stop. Police say the gang's thieving was so prolific there was a constant stream of stolen motorbikes, scooters and quads for youths to ride dangerously around the Seacroft area of the city - no matter how many they seized.
