A aerial tour of the holiday lights at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs, Arkansas. For the first time ever see one of the south’s largest holiday lights displays from a aerial perspective. Covering 18 acres and including over 5 million lights, the holiday lights display at Garvan Woodland Gardens is in its 15th year. The display is taken down every year for the health of the trees. In September the process of putting up the display commences and the lights tour opens November 18 and runs thru New Years Eve. Planning for the next year begins almost immediately at the conclusion of each years display. The garden is a independent department of the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture.
