Professional boxing matches on beach sand or beach boxing held at Gandoriah Beach Pariaman city, West Sumatra province, on Saturday, December 9, 2017 is touted as the first professional beach boxing championship in the world.

Without footwear, boxers fight on the beach sand. Footsteps can not move freely above the sand beach, this make the stamina of the boxer quickly drained.

The match held by the Military District Command (Kodim) 0308/ Pariaman and Pariaman City Government is in commemoration of 72nd Hari Juang Kartika Day. Beach Boxing Game like this to support Pariaman City as a tourist destination. Boxing Beach serve as one of the new tourism in the form of Sport Tourism.

Meanwhile, In the premier class of the game, the Super Featherweight class is 59.0 Kg, between Boido Simanjuntak (Rank 1 National-former 3rd winner of different classes) versus Ramli Pasaribu (National Champion), won by Ramli Pasaribu.

Meanwhile, in the Kader Party between Indra Tanjung (ABG BC Padang boxing throne) versus Jumadi (BC Siantar boxing throne), won by Jumadi.

Ranga boxer (Satpol PP Padang BC Padang boxing throne) versus Dedi Lubai (hendrik fighting star of BC Padang boxing throne), won by Dedi Lubai.
