Girl bursts into tears of joy after her parents get her a puppy for Christmas
An adorable festive video of a girl being surprised by her parents with a puppy as an early Christmas present.
The footage, shot in December 2017 in Liverpool, northwest England, shows Ella opening a wrapped up box and discovering the tiny puppy inside.
At first, she seems delighted before she cannot hold her tears anymore and starts crying with happiness as she strokes the female puppy.
"Thank you SO much," she says, fighting back tears. "What can we name it?"
Writes dad Neil: "We decided to purchase a puppy as Ella (my daughter) has been asking for years. So thought it would be nice to turn it into a surprise. We picked the puppy up and delivered it in a box. The reaction is priceless. Many people on Facebook said it made them cry."
