FedEx Employee dumps suspected bodily fluid in resedential storm drain 12-16-2017 Corona California
It appears that the FedEx guy dumps some sort of bodily fluid on the storm drain outside of our house. You will note that after he puts his truck in park ( reverse lights flash ) he waits roughly 28 seconds to exit the truck. The national average adult male urination time is 21 seconds. If he was dumping say Ice or an old beverage he would exit the truck dump it and leave. I can safly deduce that he went in the back of the truck, urinated in the cup and then dumped it outside of my house!
