Transport lorry gets stuck in frozen river
Footage of a lorry transporting soybeans trapped in a frozen river in northernmost China.
The video, filmed in Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province on December 18, shows the transport lorry trapped in the middle of the icy Songhua River.
According to local news, the lorry trying to cross the frozen river dropped and got stuck inside it, as the ice layer suddenly broke.
The driver jumped out of the vehicle immediately to escape.
Rescuers cleaned up all the soybeans with a forklift to reduce the weight first and lifted the lorry up with a crane.
