The disturbing scenes unfolding at a Tesco supermarket in Northampton after marked down food was put on trays at around 7pm and footage shows grown men and women fighting to get their hands on the cheap food. Johnny Lester, (32), who filmed the shameful scenes was in the Tesco Extra store in Weston Favell Shopping Centre on Monday night at about 7pm when he saw a crowd of people around the meat counter. Mr Lester, who regularly shops in the store, said he had never seen anything like it when the food was dropped in trays in front of the shoppers.
