Man gradually gains trust of wild robin to get it to feed from his hand

I was working alone on an art project in Dorset in December 2016. I had just eaten a pastie for lunch and was walking through a small woodland when I noticed a robin nearby. I had a few crumbs left from my lunch so I tried putting a crumb in my hand to see if the robin would take it and it did straight away. So I set up my camera and tried several more times. Gradually the robin gained my trust and was happily perching on my hand after a few minutes. After the crumbs had run out and I had stopped recording, the bird continued to follow me around for the rest of the day. Everywhere I turned, there it was, looking up at me expectantly.
