Footage of a police officer grabbing a man jumping off the guardrails at a train station because of 'travel syndrome'.

In the CCTV video, captured in Qingdao City in eastern Shandong Province on January 1, a man suddenly rushes out of the train waiting for passengers' boarding at station and jumps off the guardrails.

The on-duty police grabs him in time and other people nearby run to pull him to safety.

Since the man has travelled on train for more than 40 hours, he suffered a disease called 'travel syndrome', which is a short-time psychotic disorder.

He calmed down after ten minutes.
