Shocking footage shows lion and tiger maul circus horse

This is the horrific moment a lion and a tiger relentlessly attack a horse during rehearsals at a circus event in northern China.
The disturbing footage, filmed on January 11 at Taiyang Circus in Cangzhou City in northern China's Hebei Province, shows a tiger attempting to bite the horse's back as it is gnawed from underneath by a lion.
Circus staff appear helpless as they use whips to hit the lion and tiger.
According to local reports, the lion was angry after being kicked by the horse.
In the end, both the tiger and lion were driven into the cages.
According to local media, the horse suffered minor injuries.
