This is the 2015 Pet Parade in Port Townsend, WA. It's an annual event (part of the Rhododendron Festival) where the town's pets all get dressed up. We love dressing up our adorable little rescue dog Lupin. Here, he's wearing his human baby sister's skeleton footie pajamas. She's wearing a tuxedo is so excited to see her doggie and Dad in the parade. Seated with her are her Nana and her mama (I'm the mama, taking the video). Lupin has been in the pet parade 3 times now, One year he and I dressed up as bees together. Another year we wore pink tutus and he wore a top with a picture of a cat on it! Lupin is a rescue from the Humane Society, and his gene test told us he's 1/2 bichon frise, 1/4 mini poodle, and 1/4 mini pinscher.
