Opening ceremony for the 2018 Salmon fishing season on river Tay, Kenmore, Scotland
The Kenmore Hotel by Loch Tay in the central highlands of Scotland hosts the traditional opening ceremony and parade to mark the start of the 2018 Salmon fishing season on the river Tay. The Vale of Atholl Pipe Band provide the entertainment and lead the fishermen in a parade through Kenmore to the river Tay, where Malt Scotch Whisky is poured into the river and the first cast is made.
