Coal rich soil still burning after huge wildfire 3 months ago.

The region has an abandoned coal mine "Minas do Pejão" closed since 1994.
On October 15th, Portugal was devastated by huge wildfires in every part of the country. 3 moths have passed and the coal underground in various sites of the region is still in combustion.
