This video was filmed at approximately 4:30 PM on April 17th 2014. I filmed It from the beach by the Port Everglades inlet. There were some thunderstorms coming through at the time this was being filmed. The reason I filmed this video was because I love cruise ships, not only the vacation aspect of them but also the engineering and technical marvel. during the time I was filming ships departing Port everglades I was dealing with thyroid cancer and was unable to work for a few years so I did this as a hobby to keep myself active. I went there almost every day! At the time I was living 15 mins or so from the port which made it easily accessible. My youtube channel now has over 400 departure videos!
