Video shows dramatic moment scaffolding collapses in huge storm
This is the moment Brits watched in horror as a 70mph winds tore down scaffolding around a high-end luxury flat development.
The video shows the metal poles crashing down onto cars below as the wind ripped off sheeting wrapped around the 18 storey building.
Owners of the under-construction flats in Gibraltar said the accident happened when strong winds tore apart dozens of steel eye bolts and bent the scaffolding poles.
