I was walking to work and heard some footsteps in the water below me, too big to be a squirrel.. I looked down and seen this poor little dog lost, scared & hungry. Of course I couldn't just walk past..so I rescued her out of there. I got her up to a home because I didn't know what to do with her as she tried to follow me to work. She was trying to eat chicken wing bones off the ground and sticks that's how hungry she was. The homeowner took her inside to feed her and I hope she's in a good home now.
