Hagerstown Police Help Gang Members Harass Citizen For Recording In Public
One individual even attempted to spit on me. The police had no interest in their assault, instead they were more interested in them being recorded. I had just seen a cop car outside of my own home so I went outside to record what was going on and this was what happened. The police cited and unconstitutional court order not to record for a case that has nothing to do with recording, especially not in public. You can even see at one point one of the two opposing males attempted to spit on me. Right in front of the police!
