Thrill-seekers are left hanging upside down at an amusement park in southern China when it became stuck.

The "swinging arm" ride malfunctioned at the amusement park in Neijiang, Sichuan Province, yesterday afternoon (February 4).

Visitors hung upside down for a few minutes before staff managed to help them down from the ride.

The cause of the malfunctioning is still under investigation.
