DIY convert any shopping or Nylon bag into a sandbag Walmart or like
This goes back to when I was living in Temecula, CA on a hill and had rain runoff going down driveway and I wanted to divert water. First bag disintegrated after of few months in Sun so I experimented with a way to close off top of a bag holding sand. Playing around with PC pipe and my band saw I ended up with what you see.
