A car twice ploughed into a boy in reverse in southern China’s Wenzhou, Zhejiang province.

In the footage filmed on February 1, the van drove into a yard where a boy was playing. Then the driver wanted to drive out in reverse, not noticing the boy behind the vehicle, ploughed into him with both the back wheel and the front wheel.

The driver got frightened as he saw the boy injured and cried, ran away after a short pause according to police.

The boy was lightly injured with the leg.

The police caught the man the next day, detained him for 10 days with a fine of 1000yuan (£110).
