Fight between homeless man, trousers fall down bum on show

The background to this video is between two men, one whom is homeless and another who is a Folkestone local, This is your traditional Folkestone day an argument between to people, apparently the homeless guy gave the other male a dirty look. Things got heated as they argue over who get more money from the job centre.
