Driver watches tv on his phone whilst driving
A male driver is spotted apparently watching tv or a movie on his mobile phone whilst driving.
The man was spotted driving erratically, on Tower Bridge Road in London on Saturday night, 17th February.
Presumably his inattention to the road was the reason for repeatedly slamming on the breaks. The man looked distracted and can be seen interacting with his phone when our car pulled along side him.
It is illegal in the UK to use your phone whilst driving, even if you’re stopped at traffic lights or queued in traffic.
*I was the passenger (not driver!) of the car when I filmed this
