A biker had a miraculous escape recently when a building collapsed into the road as he was driving by.

The incident occurred in the South Indian city of Bangalore on February 15.

Footage from a nearby CCTV camera showed the four-storey building crash down just a few feet form the biker who is enveloped by a cloud of dust and debris.

Incredibly, he escaped without any injury.

Two other men who were behind the biker on the same road managed to stop their vehicles in time and also escaped without a scratch.

But others were not so lucky: three construction workers were killed in the incident and eleven others were injured. Many of them were trapped under the debris but were pulled out by local officials.

The police have blamed poor construction materials for the incident and have arrested several men including the building owner.
