Princess Anne cuts 30 metre high cake!
Princess Anne has officially opened the new Grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse.
The Princess Royal Stand is over 30 metres high from its lowest level.
HRH The Princess Royal cut a huge cake created by Daisy Brydon which took more than 150 hours to create.
The #Grandstandcake ingredients list:
- 1700 eggs
- 100kg butter
- 91kg sugar
- 137kg flour
- 2.5litres milk
- 50litres chocolate ganache
- 56kg buttercream
- 50kg sugarpaste
- 24kg marshmellows
- 19kg Rice Krispies
- 150 hours of labour
