Video captures terrifying moment of car striking woman
A woman was flung into the air after being struck by a car in Qingdao in eastern China's Shandong Province on February 28.
The CCTV video shows a woman trying to illegally cross the street while the traffic lights for the oncoming traffic are still green.
When she was nearly halfway to the other side, a white car failed to brake in time and crashed into her, flinging the woman up into the air.
According to reports, the woman was receiving emergency treatment at the hospital.
