After poor communication from South Eastern and commuters suffering cramped conditions with the cold creeping in passengers finally had enough after 3hrs and took matters into their own hands and released the doors and began to exit the train. Some women were crying as they were scared to jump whilst others physically couldn’t exit the train and faced the fact they would have to remain on the train.
