London Bridge attack inquest begins as court investigates victims' final moments
An inquest into the terror attack begun yesterday, May 7, investigating the tragedy that left eight people dead and dozens injured.
The Central Criminal Court heard the victims' touching final moments.
File footage from the London Bridge attack in June 2017 shows the Metropolitan Police searching the van used by terrorists during the attack that left eight people dead.
Filmed by journalist Kaine Pieri, one of the first to arrive on the scene on June 3, 2017, the footage shows the crashed van being investigated by police officers on the south side of the central London bridge.
Three terrorists, Khuram Butt, Rachid Redouane and Youssef Zaghba, launched a knife attack on the busy area.
The trio were shot dead just eight minutes after the first call to emergency services.
