This is the shocking moment a taxi driver starts fighting with security guards who wanted to check his bag at a train station.

The driver in a white shirt was seen exchanging blows with a guard in blue uniform on the connecting bridge in Makati, Philippines.

A female employee then helps to break up the brawl before members of the public step in to calm things down after the incident on March 1.

The driver was ushered away but continued to scrap with the staff, who refused to let him go into a mall connected to the station.

Onlooker Dlorah Ocsalb said: ''The fist fight started because the man in white elbowed the security guard who wanted to check his bag.

''He was complaining that the people in the blue uniforms always ask him to show his bags when he uses the bridge everyday, which connects to a shopping mall.

''The security guard said the taxi driver had been aggressive for several weeks, taunting him and becoming annoyed that his bags have to be checked every time he goes inside the mall.''
