Nairobi River full after flooding in Kenya's capital Nairobi.
Nairobi River, fast moving and full after flash floods in Nairobi, Kenya. The river is has washed away all sorts of dirt including plating bags and bottles which float on the right side of the edges of the River. On a normal day the River does not hold much water hence when it flows this much its a surprise. The river is synonymous with pollution and sewers and waste are channeled into it. Street children are known to bath, wash their clothes and defecate/urinate inside the river. The video was taken on Thursday morning at the Globe Cinema Roundabout in Nairobi CBD at around 10:00am.
