I decided to go to the beach in Kuta and took a taxi down that way. I was walking around the beach area. There are many stores there and usually they will call you in or try to offer you something while standing at their store front. In this case, I was walking down the street and the guy gave me his card (made of plastic so it doesn't get damaged in the water) and offered me to go to his store. I thought why not and went. I always feel like the customer is the one with the money and so the customer is always in control. This can be difficult for some people, and it could be a bit frightening if you don't know what to say or do.
