Himba woman shows the Unique & Traditional Skincare in Opuwo, Kaokaland - Namibia
Near Opuwo in Nambia we visited a Himba Village and one of the woman shows us their unique & traditional skincare.
The Himba woman never wash themselves, instead they cover themselves with Otjize; a mix of lard, herbs and oker. Because of the oker, the women get their typical red skin which protect them from sunburns.
