Hedgehog squeezes through fence gap

A few years back I read about the decline in the hedgehog population in Britain and began leaving food out in the back garden for them at night. I cut a hole in the back fence to allow them access. Our neighbour said they thought hedgehogs may have been visiting their garden too despite not having a hole in their back fence. So I left the night camera pointing at the gap and, sure enough, a hog squeezed through the gap in the fence separating our gardens in its search for food.
