Truck burns rubber after ramming into parked van
A truck rammed into a parked van on a San Francisco street and burned rubber as the driver backed up.
An eyewitness said they were walking up a hill and discovered a driver who was unable to exit his parking spot because it was on an incline.
“After several attempts, we decided to stop traffic so he could back out safely,” the eyewitness said.
After the driver left the parking spot, he rammed right into the parked van.
