Elderly man stays fit by mimicking animals in workout
A 68-year-old man mimicked animals during a workout in Jinan City in eastern China's Shandong Province on March 18.
The video shows the man using his hands and feet to climb down stairs and walk through the forest.
The man suffered arthritis and back muscle degeneration 10 years ago, so he started to do the exercises to cope with the diseases.
After being inspired by animals, such as leopards and orangutans, he mimicked their positions to create a series of difficult movements and kept practising them every day in the early morning.
He recovered from his diseases in the third year after incorporating the self-created workout in his daily routine.
