南通：电动三轮车撞人逃逸 好市民驾车紧追不舍
3月4号下午2点45分左右，如东掘港镇日晖路海花路路口发生一起交通事故。一辆电三轮将一辆摩托车撞倒，摩托车驾驶员倒地不起。但电三轮车并没有停下，而是迅速逃离了现场。
这一幕恰巧被在后面等红灯的市民刘付晨看到了，他立刻掉转车头，去追那辆肇事的电三轮，这时，另一位女市民也开车一起追了上去。
电动三轮车逃进小区后，发现里面没有路，又掉头向外逃。看到刘付晨和另一名车主在外面等他，一时心慌，车辆也被撞翻。热心市民立刻上去抓住了肇事逃逸的司机。
随后大家将肇事司机交给民警。肇事司机高某对自己的违法行为供认不讳。高某将被处以罚款并予以行政拘留。
