Dozens of motorcyclists were filmed taking a shortcut to dodge rush hour traffic jams by illegally riding on pavement.

Instead of waiting in queues of cars on a busy dual carriageway, the moped riders revved up and mounted the curb to scoot past stagnant traffic.

At the end of the walkway they were seen rejoining the road. Tuk-tuk driver Mr Lucky Phan said: ''This is dangerous but it saves a bit of time. One day they'll get caught and they'll regret it.''
