Man freaks out when powerful wind rips roof off building
A strong wind hit Dezhou City in eastern China's Shandong Province, blowing the roof off of a building on April 2.
In the video, a man can be heard yelling wildly as a powerful wind rips the roof off of a building.
The gusts were so strong that it also knocked down a woman riding a bike and a crane that smashed onto two vehicles.
Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
