A filmer captured a woman stealing goods from outside a charity shop in Waltham Cross, UK, on April 15.

“I was outraged that someone would steal goods intended to help people in need,” the filmer said.

The filmer challenged her, told her the items weren’t hers and that she needed to put them back.

But the woman said she didn’t speak English and walked off.

“She then returned 10 minutes after this video was taken and took more items, but I couldn’t film it,” the filmer said.

The filmer said the charity supports local children with disabilities and their families.

Sunday the 15th of April for the Pokémon go community day event, catching Pokémon innocently, I turn around and this woman is rummaging through bags outside a charity shop, she picked up a bag and went to walk away, I was outraged that someone would steal goods intended to help people in need, so I challenged her, telling her then items are not hers and she need to put them back, she said “no English” then proceeded to walk off, she then returned 10 minutes after this video was taken and took more items but I couldn’t film it, this charity supports local disabled children and their family’s, it has since been shared world wide and hundreds of thousands of views, it’s caused a lot of debate around immigration in the UK (especially with brexit looming). including a comment made by one of her neighbors saying she speaks perfect English.
