Tulip Festival Skagit Valley 2 Hour Traffic Jam
We were heading to the 2018 Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley Washington State USA. After waiting in a traffic jam for two hours, we eventually turned around and headed home as the event was going to be over by the time we arrived.
