Stingy man overloads his small car with 9 large sewer pipes to avoid delivery fee
Police stopped a car with nine 16-foot-long sewer pipes tied on both sides of it driving on road in eastern China.
In the CCTV video, filmed in Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province on April 17, a black Volkswagen Santana with six long sewer pipes attached to its right side and three on the left side is seen moving slowly on a busy road.
A police officer stops the car and the driver can be seen climbing out of the window.
According to local news, the driver decided to transport the pipes himself because he didn’t want to pay the delivery fee.
Police fined the driver, reports said.
