Pedestrian killed after out-of-control car hits tree
An out-of-control car crashed into pedestrians in southern China, killing one person.
The dramatic dash-cam video, captured in Deyang City in Sichuan Province on April 1, shows a car hitting two trees on the side of the road with such force that they are knocked over.
One passerby was struck and buried under the tree.
According to local news, the car suddenly lost control after a tyre exploded.
The pedestrian who died was an elderly woman, local media said.
Police also said that driver fatigue was in part responsible.
