Monkeys swoop into Canadian tourists' hotel room to feast on snacks
This is the amusing moment a Canadian family in Costa Rica received an unexpected visit to their holiday apartment: two hungry monkeys determined to get their hands on some snacks.
The funny footage, captured on March 20, shows a monkey sneaking onto the family's accommodation to grab two packs of snacks on a table.
‘’Hi buddy, are you going to take the chips? Really?’’ tourist Paul Zarnett from Toronto can be heard saying in the background amid the uncontrollable laughter from his daughter.
The cheeky ape then stands on the balcony to eat some crackers before jumping back to a tree nearby.
A second monkey eventually arrives on the scene and grabs the pack of snacks his mate left.
‘’We don’t have anymore. Your friend took them all!'' says Zarnett.
Later on, one of the monkeys can be seen eating more snacks while the other roams around.
