全球首只生物塑化大熊猫标本亮相成都
大熊猫“新妮儿”患病去世一年多后，用另一种方式“复活”了——4月25日，全球首只塑化大熊貓成都亮相，在天府广场展出。作为这场特殊国宝展的主办单位，中国大熊猫保护研究中心，希望用科普展览的方式，向社会公众科普大熊猫知识，宣传大熊猫保护，提高公众野生动物保护、环境保护的意识。 2016年2月，“新妮儿”因患十二指肠梗阻，经过中国大熊猫保护研究中心十余天的治疗抢救，最终无力回天。2年后，在生命奥秘博物馆隋鸿锦教授及其团队的支持下，四个不同的“新妮儿”以“皮肤、肌肉、骨骼和内脏”的全新形式出展，便于大家对大熊猫内部结构的进一步了解及医疗培训。
