An inspiring video has emerged of a group of friends from the University of Northern Florida helping their disabled friend to complete a gruelling obstacle course.

Tripp Prevatt, an experienced competitor in the annual Miami Spartan Race, helped his friend Sean Hall, who has cerebral palsy, through the 8-mile course.

Tripp enlisted the help of several of their other buddies to get wheelchair-bound Hall through challenging obstacles, such as climbing walls and army crawls.

The group eventually managed to carry Hall across the finishing line, bringing cheers from the assembled crowd.

Cerebral palsy is a general term for a group of permanent, non-progressive movement disorders that cause physical disability mainly in the areas of body movement.
