Powderkegs Morris Dancers May Day Dawn Dance
Powderkegs Border Morris dancers, brave almost freezing temperatures to dance-up-the-dawn and welcome in the 'summer', as they celebrate May Day on the top of Windgather Rocks, high up in the Peak District on the Derbyshire and Cheshire border near Whaley Bridge.
Filmed by Rod Kirkpatrick (drone) and Ben Lester. Rod Kirkpatrick/F Stop Press holds a PfCO issued by the CAA and had permission from Peak District National Park Authority to fly the drone over Wingather Rocks and the dancers were under the pilot's control.
