Pedestrian and dog almost hit by car
A guy was walking his dog early in the morning and approached a cross walk. This cross walk happens to be an on ramp for a highway and is fairly busy in the morning commute. Instead of looking both ways and proceeding when it was safe to do so, he walks right out into traffic with his dog. This causes traffic to slam on their brakes and almost creates a secondary accident. Him and his dog are nearly struck by the car. After this incident he is then seen trying to run after the car but fails to catch up to the vehicle.
