Emergency services are dealing with an on-going incident in Salisbury city centre in the south of England.

Officers in protective clothing have been seen entering the building, according to the filmer.

Salisbury Police in a statement said: "We were called around 10.15am today (04/05) regarding a suspicious package inside an address.

"As a precaution, there is a cordon on Milford Street.

"Colleagues from the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service are currently at the scene assisting us.

"We do not believe this is linked to the Salisbury poisonings.

"We are advising motorists to avoid the city centre area and to consider using alternative routes."

Emergency services called to Millford House on Millford Street in Salibsury where a suspicious package is believed to have been found. It is not thought to relate to the ongoing Russian Spy incident. Millford Street is closed to traffic and officers in protective clothing have been seen entering the building.
