The Flood Water influx the bus moving on the road
Video captured the moment of the bus moving in the flood waters in Hanoi City, Viet Nam on May 12, 2018.
According to the passenger, A prolonged heavy rain caused the city to be flooded, water rises and flooded the bus. The driver tried to drive the bus out of the floodplain. Water is spilling into the bus's head, outside of the other cars are damaged due to floodwaters. The estimated water level is nearly 3.2 feet (1 meter). There are 10 passengers on the bus. Everyone was anxious to see water flooding into the bus. After about 20 minutes. The driver has driven the bus to higher road and lower water levels.
