See if a man can lift 200 pounds with one of the barbells in his mouth
One man decided to lift 200 pounds in the most creative way possible.
First, he placed a barbell weighing 15.5 pounds in the mouth while wearing a mouth guard.
Then he held three connected barbells in his hands, which weighed a total of 185 pounds.
On top of that, he decided to stand on two kettlebells while lifting the 200 pounds of weight.
In the video, the man in seen standing on top of two kettlebells. He balances the barbell in mouth then grabs the other three connected barbells on the floor and stands up straight.
After he successfully lifts the weights, he drops the barbells in his hands, takes the barbell out of his mouth and leaps off of the kettlebells and onto to the floor.
